What Is The Church?
A. The body of Christ – 1 Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 1:22-23
B. ie; not the building!
The Church Is To Be Built Upon A Firm Foundation
A. There is no foundation except Christ - I Corinthians 3:10-11
B. Any other foundation will not stand - Matthew 7:21-27
C. It cannot be built on: some man, some new doctrine, a new revelation or claim
The Church Is (Like A Good Building) To Be Fitly Joined Together
A. Built upon a good foundation - Ephesians 2:19-20
B. Must Count The Cost - Luke 14: 28-35
C. Growing together - Ephesians 2:19-22
D. Maturity means recognizing responsibility - Ephesians 4:11-16
The Body of Christ Must Be Like Christ
